Aged Care Overview

Alpine Heating and cooling has developed a specialised service for the Aged Care sector. The aged care sector requires a number of things in its service providers – which we refer to in our operating code as the 3 R’s; aged care

Reliability – attending sites when we are booked, to work in with the care programs of the residents.

Responsiveness – whether it be heating, cooling or refrigeration, all play an important (and sometimes critical) component in the well-being of residents. So if it’s an urgent call out – then our on-call staff will provide prompt service.

Respect – when we are on site with our Aged Care clients, we demonstrate a high level of respect for the residents in the way we complete our work – mindful of noise, site cleanliness and above all, the safety of those around us.

By focusing on these aspects of our service, we now successfully service a number of Aged Care centres for major corporate health providers across 2 states – Victoria and South Australia. In addition to our attention to the 3 R’s, we provide our Aged Care clients with a broad range of services;

Combining this with a high level of OHS consciousness, detailed invoicing and comprehensive maintenance reporting, we provide a complete service which is designed to provide for the needs of the site, its residents and the administrative team. Due to the more vulnerable nature of some of the residents in these sites, all of our staff carry “Dealing with or access to vulnerable people / children” certification. Strong commercial alliances are in place with associated trades for those occasions where other specialist trade support is required. By working with alliance partners who we know and trust, coordination is faster and easier for all concerned.
