Since 1979, we have been installing and repairing air conditioners, heating systems and commercial refrigeration systems to homes and businesses across Melbourne and the Yarra Valley.
Driven by the growth in our heating and cooling operations, the Alpine group has expanded to now include Alpine Plumbing & Gas Fitting and Alpine Electrical & Data.
With all of these specialist trades now being offered by the Alpine group, this not only means more convenience for our clients with a single contact point – but it also allows us to provide more seamless servicing for our heating and cooling installation and services.
All of the Alpine group divisions are staffed with fully qualified technicians with a depth of hands on industry experience. Our technicians are available 7 days a week for servicing and emergency repairs.
Glenn is driven by a desire to exceed customer expectations. He has a passion for customer service, and providing quality work to his clients. Over the years Glenn has built a culture that encourages all members of our team to adopt these same values, which then ensure every client receives a professional, high quality services every time.
Glenn identifies trends and opportunities in the organisation and the market and then creates and implements systems and strategies aligned with Alpine's vision.
Kate’s objective is to ensure that the appropriate systems are in place to ensure the whole team is able to provide clients with the best customer service across the HVAC industry.
Her aim is to adopt the latest technologies that enable a seamless delivery of services from all members of the team.
HVAC Operations Manager
Horst’s role is to manage our technicians, and incoming jobs, to ensure a smooth delivery of services. By working closely with our service technicians and also listening to the client’s needs, he is able to identify current and potential issues for clients and advises on the best solutions.
Horst also reviews clients’ assets, and is able to provide forecasting and planning. He supports the field teams to ensure they can deliver a professional service.
Projects Division / Manager
Gordon’s role is to clearly define and manage the deliverables on a project across the domestic clients.
In Gordon’s eyes, a successful project begins with the effective identification of the client’s needs. This is followed by a thorough proposal at a fair price, clear identification and management of risks, and finally the professional and quality, execution of works.
